A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now) that Christina Aguilera, 30, and her new boyfriend Matthew Rutler, 25, are living under the same roof as her ex Jordan Bratman -- because he refuses to move out!

"It's gotten really awkward," an Aguilera pal tells Us of life at the $11.5 million Beverly Hills mansion, where the exes look after their son Max, 3.

If she wants to move on, so be it. But, moving in your new boyfriend is tacky and irresponsible. She shouldn't even be introducing him to her son.
Why doesn't SHE move out? She's the one who wants the divorce, after all.
wow, some of you guys are crazy! who are you to say when she can move on. She probably fell out of love a long time ago with her ex-husband. I think he's still sticking around for the kid which I totally commend him on!
Of coursehe aint gonna move out! I mean, why would he? He probably lives rent free in a 100,00 square foot mansion, I mean, he'd be stupid TO!!! I wouldn't move out either, I would live their, and I'd even set up a tent Right smack in the middle of the kitchen and make marshmallow smores all day long.
I say good job to Jordan, stand your ground! It is his house too. Who cares if it is awkward for her. Christina shouldn't have moved her new guy into the house so soon. I wonder what she tells their son that a new guy is sleeping with mommy while daddy is in the guest house? And I believe Jordan is financially set on his own since he is a music exec.
That's insane to move your lover in the same house with your ex. They could've spent their time together at his pad, at least until the guy moved out. She must be his meal ticket if he's still there, otherwise why stick around if you're not wanted. It's unfortunate that they wont be raising their child under the same roof, but that doesn't mean he can't take care of his reponsibilities as a Father. No one should ever feel that they have to live in misery to do this.
The only reason it's "awkward" is because Xtina broke up her family and has already moved in some freeloader.

What does it say about her as a mother that she's moved in this new boyfriend already after separating from the husband only a couple of months ago? Such a wh o re.
Can't Christina wait until she's actually divorced to have her boyfriend around? Or better yet, wait til she's single to find someone new. Having all this around her son doesn't scream "good parent" to me at all.
