Charlie Sheen is a single man. Sort of.
According to TMZ, the Two and a Half Men star, 45, and estranged wife Brooke Mueller, 33, filed their final divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court Thursday -- exactly two weeks after Sheen was rushed to the hospital following a nearly two-day bender with five adult film actresses.

However, under California law, a divorce decree can't be granted until six months after papers are filed, so the twosome will be officially single May 2 (he filed for divorce November 1).

According to divorce settlement documents, the pair will share joint custody of nearly 22-month-old twins Bob and Max, although Mueller will have primary physical custody. Mueller will receive a lump sum of $757,698.70, along with $1 million for her share of the family home, which Sheen will keep, and $55,000 a month in child support.

The settlement states, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."
