Martha Stewart: businesswoman, domestic doyenne... pole dancer?
The talk show host, 68, tried Shelia Kelley's S Factor workout -- which involves sexy hip shakes and stripper dancing -- on Tuesday's show.

"She got me on the pole! Wooooo!" a barefoot, spandex-clad Stewart exclaims while swinging in a circle.
Kelley also convinces Stewart to "take it down" with hip-swinging moves (which can burn up to 250 calories an hour!).

11didn't watch the video but since it was martha stewart, i'm sure it was just as stupid and boring as she usually is. i can't even listen to this b---- talk for five seconds, it's like listening to a psychotic on prozac or something. ick!!!
I love it! She's always a good sport, willing to try and do anything new - to experience life and joy. There is never anything gross about anyone free enough to just do it!
