Lady Gaga Channels Madonna With Underwear Outfit!

Lady Gaga continued to turn heads at the 13th Annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards in NYC on Monday. This time it was for her lace face covering and her Madonna-inspired underwear-as-outerwear look.

The singer received the Stylemaker Award at the event.
Lady Gaga -- who's typical look often includes a hair bow, hat, sunglasses, gloves and even a couture neck brace -- is "well-appointed in accessories," ACE President Karen Giberson said in a statement Thursday.

"Just when you thought you saw everything in originality, there she is again," Giberson said. "People anticipate what she's going to wear and it's exciting to see accessories as such a meaningful part of someone's wardrobe."

Designer Marc Jacobs presented the singer with the award.
Other honorees at the ACE Awards included designer Diane von Furstenberg with an Accessory Visionary Award and Barbie as Fashion Icon.
