Often compared to Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie for her looks, Fox pursued a modeling career prior to her various film and television roles.

Born in Rockwood, Tenn., in 1986, Fox began her showbiz career after winning several modeling awards. Her film debut was in the 2001 small film Holiday in the Sun.

Fox went on to appear in TV shows like Two and a Half Men and Hope & Faith, and appeared alongside Lindsay Lohan in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

However, it wasn’t until Fox assumed the role of Mikaela in 2007's Transformers that her career really took off. She appeared in the film’s sequel, opposite Shia LaBeouf, which hit theaters in June 2009.

The actress wed former 90210 star Brian Austin Green in Hawaii in June 2010. They welcomed a son, Noah Shannon, in September 2012.
