BIO
Actor Peter Facinelli was born Nov. 26, 1973, in Queens, New York. Early in his career, Facinelli starred in the TV movie The Price of Love opposite 90210 alum Jennie Garth. The two began dating while filming, and in 2001, the couple exchanged vows.
Facinelli went on to star in several notable television programs, including Fastlane, Six Feet Under and Damages. In 2008, he gained a new legion of fans when he won the role of Dr. Carlisle Cullen in Twilight, playing the vampire father of Robert Pattinson.
As the film franchise continued to shatter records with its second installment, New Moon, the in-demand actor landed a recurring role on the hit Showtime series Nurse Jackie, playing Dr. Fitch Cooper.
Facinelli and Garth have three daughters: Luca Bella (born in 1997), Lola Ray (born in 2002) and Fiona Eve (born in 2006).
