Who knew Hilary Duff had such a baby face underneath all that makeup?

The new mom showed off her flawless, radiant complexion when she went completely makeup-free while leaving a gym in Toluca Lake, Calif. Wednesday.

Sporting all-black workout gear and Hunter rain boots, the blonde beauty bundled up in a loose-fitting sweater wrap and made sure to pick up lunch for her and her hubby Mike Comrie.

Take out food is a must since the 24-year-old and Comrie, 31, welcomed their first son, Luca, into the world on March 20. Since then, Duff hasn't wasted any time hitting the gym to get her post-baby body back into shape.

In addition to Pilates classes and sessions on the elliptical, the star has been getting her sweat on in SoulCycle's intense spinning classes.
