Justin Bieber loves his fans -- but he didn't consult them before getting a drastic haircut on Monday.
Making a surprise appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday, the 16-year-old singer explained his decision to chop his world-famous locks.

"I was inspired by yours!" Bieber joked to Ellen DeGeneres. He admitted to the comic that fans were freaking out -- via Twitter and other mediums -- about the hair change-up.
Retorted the Never Say Never star: "I was like, 'I don't really care.'"
Bieber then bestowed DeGeneres with a surprise birthday gift: A box containing some of his shorn-off hair. "Yes, it's really my hair," he assured her, explaining that he's giving "pieces" of his hair to different people -- who will hopefully auction off the pop music artifacts for different charities.
"I wanted to do something good," he said.

i think it is a good cause like people should get off his back honestly like everyone needs change and sometimes change is for the better and i think this is he looks really good he doesnt look ugly or anything and if u dont like it keep it to ur self dont make him feel bad that he hurt his fans

That's really sad that people will actually pay thousands upon thousands of dollars for his hair. Maybe try auctioning off some shoes or clothes or other accessories you own... not your hair.
