On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian visits a plastic surgeon's office to get Botox injections -- and opts out of using the numbing cream!

"I think I can handle it," Kim, 29, tells the doctor. "I have a really high tolerance for pain."
But 26-year-old Khloe -- who Kim invited along for moral support -- is skeptical about her sister's desire to look younger.

"This is disgusting. I hate needles!" Khloe says. "You're so stupid."
Gripes Kim, "I don't even know why I brought Khloe along with me. I mean, she's just making all this noise and she's freaked out about the needles, and I just want her to shut up and just be supportive."

Where are the red injection marks? Her face is too clean with no a mark on it. Watch Housewives of Orange County and see when they get injections and the marks it leaves.

Doctors usually want your face wiped clean of any make-up before injecting to avoid infection..Anyhow it's sad that she's worried about looking younger and she's only 30!
If you watch the video carefully its FAKE!! Thats not even her face they are injecting??? she is wearing long eyelashes with thick eyebrows NOT black drawn eyebrows. Notice that the doctor pulls away so quickly when he says smile. Also watch khole's face this is a set up she is acting so fake??? The camera is mostly on khole?? There no redness as well hmm?? What doctor has needles open like that. All Im saying is when they start injecting her look at the eye the camera guy screwed this up her eyelashes are not messed up so watch closly let me know what you think.
The beauty of pain...... I see Kim is more over reaction before botox, there no beauty of her anymore, just a little clip show of what you have, and thats it. Goodbye Kim Kardashian!!

Jamie, I so agree with u. I am not adverse to doing what u need to do, but 29 years old getting botox injections is crazy! The girl, just may need a facial and/or micro dermabrasion, but botox, nah-uh!
She's too young for botox! I see no wrinkles! I could see when she was around 40 or so but not now!

Every guy I know keeps saying to me "she's hot, but for some reason I used to think she was so much better looking than she is now". IT'S BECAUSE she keeps messing with her face!
