Paris Hilton was sued Wednesday by a hair extension company that claims she breached their contract with them by wearing a competitor's fake hair.

Hairtech International Inc. is seeking $35 million in damages, which is 10 times what she was paid under her contract, according to the AP. The fraud and breach-of-contract suit also cites Hilton's partying for going against its marketing campaign.
Hairtech is also annoyed Hilton, 29, missed the line's 2007 launch party because she was serving 23 days in jail for driving twice on a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving. The company says it lost $6.6 million on Hilton's absence from the fete.

This isn't her first endorsement deal that has landed her in hot water.
In 2008, producers of Pledge This! sued Hilton, claiming she didn't fulfill her promotional responsibilities. Judges are still determining if she'll have to return any of her $1 million fee to filmmakers.
Update: Attorneys for the star tell UsMagazine.com: "There is no merit whatsoever to any of these claims. We will pursue all of our defenses vigorously and any potential counter claims."

Paris is a Who.re.,Sl.ut.,Bit.ch.,Cu.nt. and Tw.at. I HATE Paris. I LOATHE Paris. I'm so SICK of Paris. Paris is Fat,Dog Ugly and Butt Fugly. Paris is famous for being a Who.re.&Sl.ut. The Ugly Bit.ch can't do nothing else. The Fugly Cu.nt. has no other talent. I hope she dies from ovarian cancer and or aids.
Her hair extensions always look so trashy! I can't imagine ANYONE wanting hair like that. Like it or not, that company has hired Paris to show exactly why we *shouldn't* buy the brand she endorses.
What a talentless twit. Who would buy hair extensions just because she did? Her hair usually looks like she styled it with an egg-beater.
im sorry but pairs is just dumb. if she had a singed contract with some1 then she should have stuck 2 it. and also, how would they know that she wasnt wearing there extentions?
OK so if they were so damaged, why did it take them 3 YEARS to file a lawsuit? I think this is just another way they can get FREE publicity...scammers...no one wants to wear your nasty rathaired extensions (well, maybe Rachel on BigBrother)
I could care less!
35 Million? Gimme a break!
THIS WOMAN IS SUCH A WASTE OF SPACE IT'S PATHETIC
WOW, they are fighting over fake hair. What is this world coming to? lol
