She gave birth to son Bingham just two months ago, but that didn't stop Kate Hudson from stepping out in a super-slinky dress Tuesday night.

The Something Borrowed star -- who a source tells Us Weekly "didn't gain a lot [of weight] this time around" -- arrived with her fiancee Matt Bellamy, 33, at pal Stella McCartney's 40th birthday celebration in London wearing a coral jersey gown with a draped plunging back and thigh-high slit by Elie Saab.

Hudson, 32, accessorized with jeweled platform pumps and piled her blonde hair into a loose updo adorned with flowers.

Also on hand to celebrate with the British designer was Kate Moss, Gwyneth Paltrow, Bono, Tom Ford and Stella's father Sir Paul McCartney, who will marry love Nancy Shevell this weekend, a source confirms to Us.

The only thing I see wrong with her, is that she needs a bra on. It looks like you can see her nipples and to me thats tacky.

@Jonathan Smith, funny enough she actually did get implants! At least that what US Weekly said last year! They said she had a small B-cup put in.. But now I'm starting to believe it was probably just due to the pregnancy that no one had known about at the time..

@Elizabeth Penner Ostinett, no, the bra i'm talkin about ONLY covers the breast area, i didn't say it was for support. i bought one once because i also have a dress that shows my back, and it did virtually nothing except making sure other people didn't know weather i was cold or not if you know what i mean. how is a strapless, backless bra gong to lift and seperate? and her boobs are hardly down to her hips, they're much too small for that. i said it was POSSIBLE she could be using one, i didn't say she was, i don't help her get dressed or anything.

Terra, only problem with your theory is they're sagging almost to her hips. Bras don't make breasts sag, they lift and separate lol

there are such things as bras that only cover the breast area, they look really weird, but prehaps that's what is keeping any unwanted leaks, a star like her isn't gonna walk around with leaking mild down her dress

Nursing mothers leak milk, don't know how she was able to get away without nursing pads or atleast a bra for that long..hmmm...may be she's not nursing after all in which case the milk supply stopped, but credits weight loss to nursing like most of the other celebritiies who in fact have nip/tucks after delivery.

what's it to you I believe Kate is nursing/pumping for bingham so of course she's gonna loose the weight faster she's probably got 5lbs left to lose as your supposed to keep 10 the entire time your nursing. and it's natural to gain less weight on each successsive pregnancy
