Blake Lively has gone pantsless before, but when she walked the red carpet Tuesday night in New York City, the Gossip Girl star took the trend to a new level.

Lively, 22, wore Stella McCartney's $1,595 perforated thigh-high boots to the book launch party for Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman.
Look back at the sexy styles of Gossip Girl!
She paired the fashion-forward footwear -- made of faux leather and with a four-and-a-half-inch heel -- with a white button-up, a revealing black bra and a black blazer.

19She's young and that's what youth is for.
Things like this make me wonder; HOW THE HECK DO YOU GET IT OFF/ON?!
i really like them, and i think the whole outfit looks amazing. way to go.
Rihanna wore these boots MONTHS ago, I also think Ciara did as well. I guess usmagazine is a little more into Blake Lively's of the world though.
HOT! :-)
@ Me Blake Lively does NOT have short legs. If anything she has abnormally long legs.
Those boots are absolutely awesome! Way to go Stella McCartney! Pricey though!
Those look like crotch high boots, not thigh high ones and NO, no one should be wearing them, especially with legs as short as hers.
Those are HOT!
They look completely sk@nky.
I'd feel better about giving that kind of money to a charity, rather then wear some ugly boots. The cost of designer clothes is totally uncalled for.
I'm a schoolteacher, and I'd wear them in a heartbeat - with a skirt!
ok, even if they were really the best lookong boot ever...How many times can you wear them? Once you've worn them the fascination is gone!
fabulous!!!!!!!
Those are boots!?!?!
I dont think theres anyone else who could wear those boots without lokoing like a hoochey
mmm.. idon't know, they look uncomfortable:S
