Born April 11, 1981, in Erechim, Brazil, Alessandra Ambrosio is a world famous supermodel known for her work with Victoria's Secret, Armani Exchange and Ralph Lauren.

When she was just 12 years old, the young beauty enrolled in local modeling classes. She soon won Brazil's Elite Model Look competition and landed the cover ELLE in Brazil. She later booked jobs with Guess, Revlon and Giorgio Armani.

As Ambrosio's star power continued to rise, she walked the catwalk for designers like Chanel and Oscar de La Renta.

The swimwear designer has been engaged to businessman Jamie Mazur since 2008. They have two children together: daughter Anja (born August 24, 2008) and son Noah (born May 7, 2012).
